Slokker has earned a reputation in Europe , where we have built more 80,000 homes and 27,500,000 sq.ft. of commercial and industrial real estate. We use innovative and leading-edge building techniques, and live a commitment to social and environmental standards.
In 2007, we opened our office in Calgary, developing primarily multi-family homes. To date, our team has completed 8 successful multi-family developments. We are currently involved in 8 projects, to build more than 2000 new homes.
So where to from here?
We continuously strive to raise the benchmark for construction and innovation. We are currently building in Airdrie, Calgary, Cochrane, Edmonton and St. Albert.

Slokker entered the Canadian market with an office in Toronto in 1995. Since that time, the activities of this office have involved Slokker in over 14 projects, representing over 4,000 residential units and 90,000 square feet of retail space.

In 1979, Slokker opened its first office in Denver, Colorado. Since that time, we have partnered with a number of long-standing professionals and completed hundreds of successful real estate projects and community developments. Slokker continues to be opportunistic in light of the US nationwide housing challenges, but of course is doing so with extreme caution and prudence.
